The Market: While there are numerous Vienna holiday markets, the most famous is Christkindlmarkt on the Rathausplatz. Located in the city’s main square, this longstanding holiday tradition and advent market features a whopping 100 booths, with an eco-conscious perspective and plenty of fun for the kids. Held from November 16 - December 26, 2024, the yuletide market’s origins date back to the late 18th century.
